John H Kegarise, CPCU, CIC is the President of Baron Insurance Group Inc. He graduated with a BA degree from Messiah College in Grantham PA. John holds the CPCU (Charter Property and Casualty Underwriter) designation from The American Institute for Property and Liability Underwriters Inc. and the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation from the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. John started his insurance career in 1971 and started Baron Insurance Group in 1996. John and his wife are parents of three married children. He enjoys American History during the Colonial Period, hunting, carpentry and Messiah College Basketball.

Mim Kegarise is responsible for the accounting functions of the agency. Mim joined the agency at its inception. She is a former registered nurse and full time mother and now enjoys her grandchildren. Her interests include reading, playing the piano, volunteering, and she is an active leader in women’s ministries.

Chris Evaston, CISR is the office supervisor and has been with Baron Insurance Group since 2000. Chris assists in customer service and is responsible for the daily technology needs of the agency. She began her insurance career in 1980 and holds the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation from Society of Certified Insurance Service representatives. Chris enjoys spending time with her family and walking her Jack Russell Terrier.

Nevin Spade, CIC, CISR is the lead Commercial Service Agent for Baron Insurance Group. Nevin graduated with a BS degree from Letourneau University of Longview TX. He holds the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation from the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors and the CISR designation from the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives. Nevin began his insurance career in 1999 and joined Baron Insurance Group in 2002. He is an avid Steelers fan and enjoys traveling to the Bahamas with his wife.

Nicole Strazzo began her insurance career in 2005 and joined Baron Insurance Group in 2007. Nicole is a Customer Service Agent with a focus on personal insurance sales. She is actively seeking her CISR designation and her interests include enjoying her family and pet dogs. Nicole enjoys traveling to Long Island NY to visit family and friends.

Rachel Stonebraker is a Customer Service Agent in Personal Lines and responsible for new business sales. Rachel graduated with a BS degree from Millersville University in Millersville PA. She is actively pursuing her CISR designation and joined Baron Insurance Group in 2007. Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys hiking and biking.
