 Have you been involved in an accident? Returned from work to find your home flooded? Or suffered a disability? If you are a Baron Insurance Group policy holder do not hesitate to call one of our representatives to file a claim. Our claim services are available during business hours.
When you call to make a claim, be sure to have your policy number at hand to help us serve you better. If you have already filed a claim, and would like an update on its status, please contact the appropriate department directly. All calls should be directed towards the department in which you are holding a policy. For an Erie Insurance Policy: • During regular business hours (8:30-5:00 M-F), call us at 717-665-2985 OR File your claim online. • During non-business hours, including weekends, call Erie’s After Hours Claims Service at 1-800-367-3743 • For an auto glass claim, call EIGlass at 1-800-552-ERIE (1-800-552-3743)
For a Progressive Insurance Policy: • Contact Progressive directly at 1-800-PROGRESSIVE
Tips: • Provide more than one phone number where you can be reached. • Thoroughly examine your property/vehicle to help your claims handler quickly assess the damages. • In the event of an auto accident, review the Erie Insurance brochure “What to do in an Auto Accident” which will help you identify what information your claims handler will need.
